Questionaire ? On a music video of my genre (Hip hop)

Handed out a questionnaire to five other people in my group and will sum up what they thought .

The questions that I asked were , What is the meaning?, Different camera angles , Any intertextuality , Any Narrative towards the video? , What did u like ? , what way is the artist portrayed ? , way he or her is dressed ? , Any stereotypes? , Setting of the video? , Any improvement to the video ?

On the first sheet they answered most of the questions , thought the meaning was about sex and noticed that it was more about fantasy more then real life , no narrative , they enjoyed the black and white and they spoke about the stereotypes and how the represented the second society of new York .

On the second sheet They only answered a small amount of the sheet but when they did it filled up the first sheets missing spots for the first sheet,  the first one spoke about the different camera shots and editing they said that they used establishing shots, medium close ups, they said that the meaning of the video was about every day life and wanting more , no narrative , agreed that it portrayed stereotypes and other meaning.

This next one basically said the same as the last one except for the setting and locations where they just said ''in the hood and New York.

The fourth one has a large amount of text explaining all the points in large amount of detail , Shot and close ups to sell the artist , Lots of stereotypes , No narrative , Back and white is one things he likes , very stereotypical , regular dress for that ere and this giving me many different idea and changing my opinion about how to do my video and the way I could produce it .

The last one of the questionnaires , hopefully give me some more ideas towards my research , different shots like low angles and close ups , Narrative is their every day life , they are dressed in a stereotypical youth dress , how are they portrayed ? she said that one sided and brooding the artist and the opinion towards him , she thought that they used that setting and location to make his voice more casual.

Overall reading and looking through these comments have made me think a little different towards my video and comparing it to this type of hip hop video , changes to the types of different shots and angles and the way that I was going to represent my artist have been changed .
