Different fonts for the text.

I Was thinking of using these two different effects, both of them are overlays that are on top of the video but the first one is a little more transparent compared the second one and I am thinking of using these either when the location changes or a new artist of singer comes in the filming to present him or any significant words come in and for this I Would use either adobe premier or adobe after effects cs6 .
