Documentation of equipment which you need

Camera , to record the footage we need for the video but in my video I am going to be using the Sony x58 with a adjustable lenses for different angle and shots and shoots in 1080p with beautiful quality.

 microphone, Could use a separate microphone or the one in the camera  but because the artist Is lip syncing so the sound track will go on top of the actual sound footage making no need for the microphone but could use if for another video ''the making'' of the music video and interview the actors and artist to be for their opinion on how its been.

Lighting equipment, Could use different light equipment but my shots are going to be done in the day or maybe a cloudy misty day for a better effect so wouldn't really need it but could use a lamp or torches.

Accessories many different accessories for instance batteries because you wouldn't want to run out of power half way through the shoot , Memory cards so you don't fill up the card and having to stop the shoot just take more then more for safety , could have different types of lenses for effects to the shots and could have other things such as stabilisers , focus aids and auto recording devices that could make it a little easier.

 

 Tripod , for the camera to sit on and for the best shots I would need this for satiability and control over the shots because we are going for a more professional finish and are egger to stay away from hand held shots which can be shaky at times and unbalanced with the focus and light.

Script for lyrics, would definitely need this because as we go through the video shots the artist would need to know what to say to make the lip syncing better but also it would make the process quicker and less trouble having to go over the video listening to it again and again so if we have this script we would just look at each line and rehearse it before recording.
